Nick is the son of one of Louisville's most respected restaurateurs, Bim Dietrich, founder of the great Dietrich's Restaurant that thrived on Frankfort Avenue for years. Just in case you didn't know, Bim has started a new restaurant in the East Market Art District that promises to be an equally great success - Primo Restaurant .
